In our work together in private sessions, we don’t strive to change or improve anything. Instead, as we deeply welcome everything as it is, the inner fight with your experience falls away naturally. You’ll learn to make peace with your past, with self-defeating thoughts, and with painful emotions living deep inside you. Everything is embraced in the deepest acceptance.

You’ll come away with tools for addressing emotions and distorted thought patterns, fresh perspectives on new ways to be without fear driving you, and practices to support your ongoing healing into wholeness. You’ll discover that you can be fully functioning in your life without personal needs and expectations that don’t serve your happiness.
I love what I do, and you’ll find me active and engaged. I am a guide, a coach, and a cheerleader who walks with you through this process, but you need to be fully willing to do the work. An hour-long conversation now and then isn’t nearly enough to shift decades of conditioning. We’ll connect on Skype or FaceTime. If you are local to Santa Barbara, we may be able to meet in person. Once you contact me, I’ll ask you a few questions to make sure I’m the right person to help you.
When we decide to meet and prior to our first session, I’ll invite you to spend some time in stillness reflecting on your most burning questions and how the session can best support you.
Rather than ascribing to the conventional therapy model of one hour per week, I offer sessions as needed. We may meet once, occasionally, or on a more regular basis, depending on what we decide together.
Everything we discuss is confidential, except if you let me know that you are in danger of hurting yourself or someone else.
Fees are $185 per hour. If we meet by Skype or FaceTime, I offer a 3-session package for $510. You are welcome to pay the full fee of $185 for the first session, then apply that payment to the 3-session package within two weeks of our first meeting. If you are in need of a reduced fee, please let me know, and we can talk about it. Once we agree to meet, I’ll send you an invoice by PayPal or you can bring check or cash if we’re meeting in person.
