A Live Retreat—Awakening in the Body, Mind, & Heart

September 19, 2019 @ 6:00 pm - September 22, 2019 @ 1:00 pm

Awakening in the Body, Mind, & Heart
A Live Retreat with Gail

I’m so excited to invite you to join an intimate gathering for the sacred space of retreat.

September 19-22, 2019

At a private lake home two hours from the Minneapolis, MN airport. The perfect venue for contemplation, quiet, and walks in nature.

“When you’re ready, when grace shines on you, you’ll leave the limited world of hopes and expectations and awaken into expanded consciousness, clear seeing, and the luminous truth of being fully alive.”

You love the deepest teaching of truth and freedom, and maybe you’ve had a taste of awakening to your true nature. Yet you still get caught in sticky patterns. You struggle in your relationships. You’re still dealing with your past or resenting your childhood. You’re self-critical and feel anxious or depressed.

Come and rest together in a safe and supportive intimate group gathering where we untangle the ways we feel separate and discover over and over the infinite peace of our true nature.

Through guided meditations, restful silences, and focused heartfelt conversation, Gail skillfully helps you unravel your conditioned identities that make you feel separate so you can live in the peace and happiness that you just know to be true.

In our sacred time together, we respect the humanity of your stories, and we go beyond them to relax into the openness beyond all stories—undisturbed by any problem or emotion.

We’ll practice turning inward toward what we’re experiencing in the moment to be curious about exactly where your attention is going that’s causing this personal suffering. You’ll slow things down so you can take a breath and be fully present with whatever is appearing in the moment.

The structures of the personal self fall away, and what remains? The simple freshness of the moment that is open, peaceful, and infinitely loving.

“I’m always amazed when I let go of old patterns and let the reality of the moment guide me. There’s immediate heart-opening, gratitude for what’s been given, and an undeniable intimacy with all that is.”
