Does fear hold you back? Do you feel like anxiety is always nipping at your heels? Are you stressed and overwhelmed?

Join us for conversation and Q&A about these very human experiences free on Facebook Live.

We’ll bring the light of consciousness to the experiences of fear, stress, and anxiety. You’ll discover how these feelings grab hold and take over. And you’ll practice having a friendly relationship with them so they begin to lose their power over you.

We’ll experiment with conscious breathing to calm the nervous system and focusing on your senses as a way to turn away from the agitated mind.
