Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nPlease register here. We’ll open to embodying our true nature as love that effortlessly includes everyone and everything…and feel into how we can be the expression of this love in interaction with others.   \nIn our time together\, we’ll explore the patterns we bring to our relationships that create the sense of separation—from ourselves\, others\, and all of life. And we’ll open to the possibility of being with each other…unveiled…vulnerable…unconditionally accepting…meeting as one in love. \nWe’ll explore fear-based programmed ways of being that we learned early in our lives and left us feeling unsafe\, rejected\, unseen\, or disconnected. People-pleasing\, withdrawal\, inflating or deflating ourselves in comparison to others\, holding grudges\, and defensiveness… These are signs of unexamined contractions within us that are waiting for liberation. \nUntying the knots that lie at the core of our relationship struggles brings freshness\, ease\, and space for new and authentic ways of being. We discover we can meet the tender places in ourselves and others with deep acceptance and care. And we open to intimate being with “others” beyond the sense of separation.  \nWith guided meditation\, teachings\, and conversation\, we’ll practice creating safe space for deep connection.
