DESCRIPTION:Coming Home Together Online Gathering:\nBeing Fully Ourselves in Our Relationships \nWednesday\, May 10\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 5pm BST\, 6pm CET\non Zoom \nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together online gathering offers a deep dive into the practicalities of awakened living. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nPlease register here. A sliding scale is offered for those with financial challenges. \n\nChoose the amount you would like to pay.Option 1 $15.00 USDOption 2 $9.00 USDOption 3 $4.00 USD\n\n\nOur focus for this meeting is on  how we can be fully ourselves in our relationships. Many of us struggle with finding healthy boundaries with others. We override our inner knowing as we put up with mistreatment\, can’t say no\, feel taken advantage of\, and don’t get our needs met. \nThe root of this confusion lies in experiences we had early on in life where we needed to leave ourselves in order to stay connected to those around us. We then lose the capacity to trust ourselves\, especially when our very survival is at stake. \n If this pattern lives in us unexplored\, we find ourselves challenged in our adult relationships. How do we stay rooted in ourselves when we’re in connection with others? How do we honor what is true and authentic in us—and still be kind\, loving\, and open? \n In the spirit of freedom\, we’ll fearlessly study how we end up feeling disempowered in our relationships. We’ll meet our frozenness and pain with love\, care\, and unconditional acceptance. And we’ll look beyond our programmed patterns to begin to trust the movements arising in us. Our focus is on our relationship to our own experience. \n Staying attuned inside\, we find openness\, clarity\, and the willingness to risk being ourselves fully. Untying the inner knots that lie at the core of our relationship struggles brings freshness\, ease\, and space for new and authentic ways of being. \nWith guided meditation\, teachings\, and conversation\, we’ll practice creating safe space to meet ourselves intimately.
