Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nOur focus for this meeting is on the human tendency to take things personally and the clarity that sets you free.\n \nPlease register here. This is a normal phase of human development. \nIf we felt mistreated by a parent\, for example\, it’s natural for us to think that the cause is something negative about ourselves. This is the source of conditioned patterns such as feelings of inadequacy\, people pleasing\, self-judgment\, and shame. \nIn our time together\, we’ll untangle this tendency to take things personally by bringing understanding and compassion to others and ourselves. We’ll embody the discovery that\, even as children\, we were not responsible for the behavior of our caregivers.  \nAnd we’ll go further to inquire into the identity of the one who seems to take things personally. Bringing the light of awareness to our direct experience\, we find no separate entity\, only thoughts and body sensations arising in an infinite field of formless energy completely at peace with itself.  \nThrough guided meditation\, teachings\, and Q&A\, we’ll discover the unlimited space of aliveness beyond our personal stories.
