Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nOur focus for this meeting is on recognizing our natural state that welcomes everything. \nConsciousness is the formless\, alive\, infinite field of awareness that\, by its very nature\, is completely at peace with all forms that arise. Free of all conditioning\, there is no resistance to anything\, just the arising of forms in open space. All is naturally welcomed. \nPlease register here. We believe what these repetitive thoughts tell us and get tangled in our emotions. Attachment to these forms distracts us from our true nature that wholeheartedly welcomes all that is. We avoid what might feel threatening or painful within. We experience ourselves as separate and the world as unsafe. Life seems stressful.   \nIn our time together\, we’ll explore the essential way of welcoming everything. We’ll learn to work with the fear-based\, mind-based programming of our limited identities.
