DESCRIPTION:Coming Home Together Online Gathering:\nTender Inquiry to Early Trauma Patterns \nWednesday\, April 10\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 5pm BST\, 6pm CET\non Zoom \nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together online gathering offers a deep dive into the practicalities of awakened living. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nOur focus for this meeting is on a tender exploration of our early trauma patterns—investigating how disruption in our family relationships when were young creates limiting ways of being that we carry into adulthood. And we’ll open to living possibilities beyond these patterns.  \nPlease register here. And we grow up trying to figure out how to cope with the sense that something is missing. Some of the ways we do that are overachieving\, perfectionism\, people pleasing\, self-judgment\, or hiding from life. \nTogether\, we create a field of safe space to explore these tender parts of ourselves. We’ll learn how to turn toward our experience with acceptance\, compassion\, and care. And we’ll discover the space to realize there is so much more to life than our patterns! \nOur time together includes guided meditation\, teachings\, practical tools\, and heartfelt conversation. We turn our attention inward to find our way through the mind-made limits and the stories that create personal suffering. And discover practical ways to return home to the ground of being…to freedom and liberation… \nFinally\, we realize that we can’t go it alone. Our disconnection from our divine nature happened in the context of relationship so we need to practice together—in a supportive and loving community—to find our way home.
