When we are consciously aware of our inner experience\, our whole life starts to make sense. As we lovingly turn toward what’s present—emotions\, thought patterns\, sensations and energies in the body—we become aware of our conditioned tendencies. But once I knew\, I was able to get out of the rut of conditioning and into the world of potential for healing and opening…beyond anything I thought was possible. \n Inner awareness as a way of life transforms everything—your relationships\, how you make choices in life\, how you show up with yourself when you’re triggered\, how you relate to your early history\, your knowing of freedom from the sense of the separate self. \n And when we turn our attention inward\, we realize that we can also explore the being aware experience itself. Here we touch into the vibration of consciousness\, the formless aware alive Beingness that’s the source of all. The boundary between inner and outer falls away\, as everything just is.
