Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nPlease register here. Standing in the unconditional “yes” to all that is\, there’s peace\, non-attachment\, and openness to whatever arises. The walls of separation that create our struggles in life soften\, and our whole being is experienced as fully alive in the timeless Now. \nWhat blocks our lived experience of this peacefulness? Being taken over by our conditioned patterns. It’s like we’re in a trance\, believing the story of our thoughts\, lost in our feelings\, and contracted into a limited view of ourselves\, others\, and the world. When we’re in this state\, we’re not welcoming everything. \nPerhaps from early on in our lives\, we learn that it’s just not safe to be. We’re afraid of turning toward emotional pain\, so it goes outside of awareness. We turn away from ourselves\, betraying our truth and playing out strategies to hide from\, avoid\, or reject our present moment experience. Then our focus goes “out there” into the world\, trying to fix our problems and find the peace and happiness we long for. \nWe’re overlooking the possibility of resting in our true nature…as it is…right in this moment…with no resistance whatsoever. \nIn our time together\, we’ll shine the light on the ways we resist our present moment experience. And we’ll practice the felt reality of being the spaciousness that naturally welcomes everything. \nNo longer efforting to avoid and defend\, the light of our true nature shines everywhere…endlessly… \nCome explore the possibility of welcoming everything. Together\, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into appreciation\, vibrant joy\, and deep connection with all of Life. \nCome with your fears\, doubts\, shame\, and questions—and simply to share sacred space together in community with like-minded friends. \nQuestions?
