DESCRIPTION:Coming Home Together Online Gathering:\nFeeling Safe: Gateway to Awakening \nWednesday\, August 20\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 5pm BST\, 6pm CET\non Zoom \nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together online gathering offers a deep dive into the practicalities of awakened living. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nPlease register here. Once you register\, you will be directed to the zoom link—and you will receive it by email one hour prior to our meeting. A sliding scale is offered for those with financial challenges. \n\nChoose the amount you would like to pay.Option 1 $15.00 USDOption 2 $9.00 USDOption 3 $4.00 USD\n\n\nOur focus for this meeting is on  what it means to feel safe and the role of safety in realizing our true nature. \nMany of us grow up not feeling emotionally safe in our families. The effects of this lack of safety can be far-reaching. We resort to strategies to cope and survive such as trying to figure everything out in our heads\, judging ourselves and others (the inner critic)\, people pleasing\, addiction\, and perfectionism.  \nAnd with no way of learning how to care for the emotions that naturally arise\, we disconnect from the most tender parts of our experience.  \nOver time\, we develop entrenched views of ourselves and others that are fear-based and limited. This is how we feel separate from ourselves and from life…and as we all know\, this is not a satisfying way to live. \nTrapped in these identities\, we long for wholeness\, but our search gets derailed by the inner mistrust we carry. \nThe realization of our true nature involves a shift of identification from a contracted sense of the personal self into the boundless field of alive presence. The tensions around fear and mistrust relax completely…and if they temporarily arise\, they come and go without attachment. We remain as peace.  \nIn our time together\, in loving community\, we’ll explore emotional safety. What is it? How do we find it? And how does it support the realization of who we are beyond any mind-made patterns? \nYou are welcome with your fears\, doubts\, shame\, and questions—and simply to share sacred space in community with like-minded friends. Together\, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into overflowing appreciation and deep connection with all of Life.
