When we are consciously aware of our inner experience\, our whole life starts to make sense. As we lovingly turn toward the emotions\, thoughts\, and sensations and energies in the body\, we realize the direct experience of what drives our conditioned tendencies. But once I knew\, I was able to get out of the rut of conditioning and into the world of potential for healing and opening…beyond anything I thought was possible. \n When we turn our attention inward\, we realize that we can also explore the being aware experience itself. Here we touch into the vibration of consciousness\, the formless aware alive Beingness that’s the source of all.
