DESCRIPTION:Coming Home Together Online Gathering:\nThe Art of Intimate and Authentic Relationships \nWednesday\, November 5\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 5pm BST\, 6pm CET\non Zoom \nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together online gathering is a safe space and loving community for trauma healing and awakened living\, informed by the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nOur focus for this meeting is on the art of intimate and authentic connecting in our relationships. And yes\, it’s an art! We’ll open to the messiness\, confusion\, and ever present possibility for presence and heart. \nPlease register here. How open can we be? \nIf we don’t feel free to be our authentic selves in our relationships\, then a conditioned pattern has taken hold. We lose our grounding in love and openness\, and we feel the pain of disconnection. \nWe’re identifying with limiting stories that tell us we’re not good enough or need to protect ourselves. Then we project our fears and needs onto others\, hoping for things to improve\, but getting familiar results such as abandonment\, rejection\, and not being seen. \nAt the same time\, others may be projecting their fears and needs onto us. That’s how we end up in a relationship dance that feels unfulfilling. \nNo wonder we feel lonely and isolated. We’re relating through patterns and not actually meeting each other for the intimate and loving connection we long for. \nWe learn about relating with others early on in our lives\, and for some of us\, the message is that we need to suppress our authenticity in order to feel safe. Instead\, we try to connect by pleasing others\, or we give up altogether and settle for disconnection. Navigating relationships can be confusing—and frustrating! \nCome and explore the invitation to see through the veils of our conditioning that appear in our relationships. We’ll turn inward to lovingly meet the tender places in us that we’re afraid to express. \nThen we’ll feel into the possibility of showing up with others—innocent and free—having the courage to inhabit what is naturally true and alive in us. \nThrough guided meditation\, practical guidance\, and heartfelt conversation\, we’ll explore the limiting narratives we bring to our relationships and practice how to move beyond them—into freedom and authenticity. \nTogether\, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into overflowing appreciation\, vibrant joy\, and deep connection with all of Life. \nQuestions?
