The Essential Question for Trauma Healing and Awakening \nWednesday\, November 19\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 5pm BST\, 6pm CET\non Zoom \nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together is a safe space and loving community for trauma healing and awakened living\, informed by the deepest teachings of nondual reality.. \nOur focus for this meeting is on the essential spiritual question\, “Who am I?” and why it matters to explore it.  \nPlease register here. Once you register\, you will be directed to the zoom link—and you will receive it by email one hour prior to our meeting. A sliding scale is offered for those with financial challenges. \n\nChoose the amount you would like to pay.Option 1 $15.00 USDOption 2 $9.00 USDOption 3 $4.00 USD\n\n\nAt the root of personal suffering lies the belief that who we are is a person with a history\, story\, needs\, preferences\, fears\, and a sense of lack. As long as we identify as this core belief\, we will view ourselves\, others\, and situations through the lens of these limited and distorted filters. \nWhat does this mean for you and your life? Say that you’ve learned to define yourself as unworthy or inadequate. This belief will lead you to override your authentic dreams and desires. Your focus is on seeking approval from others in an attempt to feel whole\, and you’ll believe that happiness and fulfillment are not meant for you.  \nThis is how it works for any fear- or lack-based belief we think defines us. If we’re attached to stories\, emotions\, and ideas about the past or future\, we’ll contract into a false sense of self that affects everything about our human experience in life. \nThe release from suffering occurs when we disconnect our identity from the contents of our minds. We no longer feed our habits of thinking. We stop going to our familiar stories to know who we are or how to act. We don’t buy into hopes\, expectations\, should’s—or any thought that limits us. \nWe take loving care of our young parts and know they don’t define us. \n This is a radical shift into freedom\, expansion\, and not knowing—and into the pure aliveness that has always been here and available.  \nAre you interested in suffering less?
