Many of us are aware of this strong and negative habitual voice that appears in our minds. This voice can be shaming\, militant\, perfectionistic\, and demanding. \nAlthough its intention is often to protect us\, it makes us contract into a separate and limited identity\, turns us against our truth\, and traps us by its high standards. We may not realize how stressful it is to live under its control. \nPlease register here. We’ll learn to identify when it has taken hold\, and feel into the fear\, grief\, anger\, and shame that lie at its core.  \nWe’ll practice untangling our attention from what it tells us so we have the space to connect with what is true and alive in us. As our attachment to this voice softens\, we’ll relax into ways of living that are kind and loving toward all that arises…and more aligned with the unity of all. \nHow do you work toward goals without the inner critic driving you? How do you function when when this critical and negative noise subsides? When the inner critic is in charge\, we’re out of touch with our vulnerability\, truth\, and deep knowing.
