Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self\, unexplored trauma patterns\, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nOur focus for this meeting is on bringing wise inquiry to the sticky experiences of hurt and disappointment. These are longheld stories entwined with emotions that can be so painful! And they feel intensely personal. \nPlease register here. We feel them in reaction to other people—what they should or shouldn’t do—and these stories can keep us stuck for a very long time. \nHolding onto them\, we project out our young needs and feel disappointed and hurt when they’re not met. These experiences take up residence in our minds\, bodies\, and nervous systems. Can you feel the tension and heaviness? \nThe medicine for hurt and disappointment is a brave and loving inner exploration. This is what brings us to clear seeing about these difficult experiences so they can soften. Together\, we’ll feel into our direct experience and offer loving attention to the young parts longing to be seen and met. \nWe’ll open to insights and tools that help to loosen the grip of our tender needs. And we’ll invite the fragments of ourselves\, still looking for love “out there\,” to be held and welcomed into the light of our unlimited capacity for loving awareness.
