DESCRIPTION:Coming Home Together Online Gathering:\nTrauma Healing and Awakening in the Body \nWednesday\, March 18\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 4pm BST\non Zoom \n\nPLEASE NOTE START TIME IS ONE HOUR EARLIER THIS WEEK IN THE UK AND MAINLAND EUROPE \n\nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together online gathering is a safe space and loving community for trauma healing and awakened living\, informed by the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nOur focus for this meeting is on the body as a gateway for healing and awakening. What is your relationship to your body? Your body image? The physical sensations and energies that arise? Numbness and dissociation? Your nervous system? \nPlease register here. Once you register\, you will be directed to the zoom link—and you will receive it by email one hour prior to our meeting. We find the root of emotions\, the residue of old habits and traumas…and the possibility for the free flow of the vibration of life as it appears through the body. We realize we can live in daily life in our bodies\, fully experiencing all that is.  \nMany of us live in our heads—without much awareness of our physicality. And when we open to experiences occurring in our bodies\, we find hidden contractions\, habitual ways of being\, and places that feel stuck or shut down. \nLet’s explore how we disconnect from life…how does the sense of separation live in our bodies and nervous systems? Then we’ll bring awareness to these body experiences to liberate them from unconsciousness and the limits of our stories. \nBecause sensation without a story is simply life energy…without interpretation\, past\, or future. We begin to enjoy this embodied aliveness! \nIn our sacred time together\, we’ll bring space\, breath\, and deep compassion to our body experiences. Through guided meditation\, practical guidance\, and heartfelt conversation\, we’ll turn toward our bodies\, holding all that arises in the infinite freedom of loving presence.
