As long as we identify as this core belief\, we will view ourselves\, others\, and situations through the lens of these limited filters. \nSuffering subsides when our identity disconnects from the contents of our minds. We lose interest in our habits of thinking. We stop going to our familiar stories to know who we are or how to act. And we can feel the emotions in our bodies so they begin to soften their grip. \nThis is a radical shift into freedom\, infinite spaciousness\, and trust—and into the pure aliveness that has always been here and available. \nWe come together in the sacred space of loving community to explore the nature of identity and the freedom that’s possible when you know who you are—and who you’re not. Our gathering includes guided exploration\, insights and dialogue\, and heartfelt conversation.
