In the course of daily life\, it feels like we’re making hundreds of decisions. But are we really? \nIn our gathering together\, we’ll unpack decision-making\, inquiring into who is making the decision and how actions actually occur. We’ll bring curiosity to our urges\, wonderings\, plans\, and confusions. \nWhat emerges when we don’t go to the mind to know what to do? What do we become aware of when we don’t act unconsciously\, ruled by our conditioned patterns? Offering a sacred pause to explore what’s arising in the moment\, we open to subtle emotions and underlying agendas that can keep us stuck and unaligned with our truth. \nWhether you’re deciding on your next career move or what to eat for dinner\, come and explore together the art of getting out of the way to make space for what wants to emerge.
