DESCRIPTION:Coming Home Together Online Gathering:\nThe Art of Trauma Healing and Awakened Living\n \nWednesday\, September 30\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 5pm BST\non Zoom \nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together online gathering is a safe space and loving community for trauma healing and awakened living\, informed by the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nPlease register here. Once you register\, you will be directed to the zoom link—and you will receive it by email one hour prior to our meeting. Please pay what you can afford. A sliding scale is offered for those with financial challenges. \nPay $15.00\nPay $9.00\nPay $4.00\nOur focus for this meeting is on the art of trauma healing and awakened living.  \nAwakening to our true nature means that we no longer define ourselves by any concepts or stories. We are free\, not limited in any way\, and open to all that arises. There is no longer a movement to avoid\, strategize\, or defend. \nWe live in the Isness of life\, relaxed and deeply peaceful with what is. \nOn the path of awakening\, we undoubtedly encounter conditioned reactions\, old hurts\, and beliefs and stories from our history that we think define us. These are movements away from the conscious knowing of our true nature. We feel separate and troubled\, thinking there are personal problems to solve. \nIf we notice these contractions and easily let them be\, we realize we are already home in the light of true being. \nBut sometimes\, as we all know\, the belief in these limited stories takes over\, and we feel stuck in their grip. The easeful return to true nature just doesn’t seem possible. \nThen\, other means are necessary\, including recognizing the young parts of ourselves that are activated and opening to our experience with understanding and compassion. \nWe eventually find our way back to ourselves\, where we experience spaciousness\, clear mind\, and unity with all… \nWe often need support for this release. In our time together\, we’ll open to the spiritual path of trauma healing and awakening. What is healing? What is awakening? And how do we navigate this rich path of presence and love? \nAll are welcome as we lovingly embrace our humanness…and expand into overflowing appreciation\, vibrant joy\, and deep connection with all of Life.
