As long as we identify as this core belief\, we will view ourselves\, others\, and situations through the lens of these limited filters. \nSuffering subsides when our identity disconnects from the contents of our minds. We lose interest in our habits of thinking. We stop going to our familiar stories to know who we are or how to act.
