DESCRIPTION:Coming Home Together Online Gathering:\nThe Sacred Work of Trauma Healing and Awakening \nWednesday\, April 29\, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific\nNoon Eastern\, 5pm BST\, 6pm CET\non Zoom \nRecording will be available and sent to all who register. \nThe Coming Home Together online gathering is a safe space and loving community for trauma healing and awakened living\, informed by the deepest teachings of nondual reality. \nOur focus for this meeting is on turning toward our early trauma patterns—with compassionate and loving hearts—to explore how disruption in our family environments when were young creates limiting ways of being that we carry into adulthood. \nAnd we’ll shine the light of our awareness on the truth of who we are\, our essential wholeness that has never been touched by anything that’s happened… \nPlease register here. Your attention goes into your mind and away from your body and heart\, trying to figure out how to cope with the sense that something is wrong or missing.  \nA seed starts growing in us when we realize how much our conditioned patterns mask our happiness. Many of these patterns have plagued us for years. We hear about freedom as a possibility\, but we just don’t know how to find our way there. We feel stuck in the painful sense of separation…from ourselves\, others\, and the sacredness of all of Life. \nAs we deepen in the holy work of trauma healing\, we learn to care for the painful places that live in us. As the contractions of our trauma soften\, there’s space to blossom into ourselves. Almost like a miracle\, we begin to experience happiness\, wonder\, creativity\, and authentic relationships. \n Together\, we create a field of safe space to explore the ways we get stuck. We’ll turn toward our inner experience with compassion\, care\, and unconditional acceptance. And we’ll realize there is so much more to life than our patterns! \n Our time together includes guided meditation\, teachings\, practical tools\, and heartfelt conversation. \nFinally\, we realize that we can’t go it alone. Our disconnection from our divine nature happened in the context of relationship so we need to practice together—in a supportive and loving community—to find our way home.
