When we live in time\, we feel the weight of our past history and worries about the future as we attempt to live in presence. There is much said in our culture about being in the present moment. That’s because here is where we have the direct experience of life rather than the stories about our lives that are created in our minds. \nOur true nature as consciousness is timeless…no memory\, no past\, no time for problems to form\, no time for suffering\, no future fear…and no mind. There is just This\, the alive reality of the now\, directly experienced as it is. Thought isn’t needed\, in fact\, thinking about what’s happening takes us away from the reality of it. \nRealizing timelessness\, we know that every moment is fresh and new…so alive!
