The Coming Home Together online gathering offers a deep dive into the practicalities of awakened living. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self, unexplored trauma patterns, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality.
Our focus for this meeting is on fear, anxiety, and acceptance of things as they are. Do fear and anxiety disturb you? These are essential emotions to investigate on the path of awakening…because any remaining belief in the separate self is fueled by fear.
If fear and anxiety rule, they will limit you in life, and you’ll find that you’re living a fraction of what is possible for you. You’ll be contracted into thoughts filled with worry and negativity—and miss out on the realization of infinite peace and love.
And fear is behind the disconnection expressed in so many ways in our world today that create conflict, aggression, division, and painful othering.

Fear is a survival mechanism that is built into the human brain and nervous system. Yet, the realization of our true nature invites us to turn away from its protective voice. In our gathering together, we’ll explore how fear, and its cousin anxiety, show up in the body and the stories they tell us that keep us rattled.
When we believe what anxious thoughts tell us, we’re living in a fear-fueled fantasy in our minds, disconnected from aliveness, awareness, and truth here and now. We’ll investigate to see if these stories we live by are actually true. How do we live if we’re not guided by fear and anxiety? Who are we in this boundless freedom?
Through guided meditation, practical guidance, and heartfelt conversation, you’ll discover the potential—already in you—to be fully alive in your life, free beyond the limits of fear.
Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into overflowing appreciation, vibrant joy, and deep connection with all of Life.
