Each article includes a practice, experiment, or inquiry that you can apply to your own direct experience. You might be surprised to realize that you have the power to help yourself.
Also, I highly recommend contacting a counselor in your local area. I know how helpful it can be to talk with a professional about what’s going on and get support tailored to your needs. And if you’re feeling suicidal, the number for the national suicide hotline in the U.S. is: 1-800-273-8255. People are there to help.
