Our focus for this meeting is on love. When we let down our defenses, when all strategies of protection fall away, when we no longer identify as limited and separate, all that remains is the direct experience of love.
It’s boundless, sacred, beyond human form, and experienced as all-inclusive welcoming of all.

And sometimes love feels confusing—and even hurtful. Let’s unpack love, bringing the light of loving awareness to our conditioning, and finding our way through to deep authentic connection sourced from the oneness of all.
Through guided meditation, teachings, and heartfelt conversation, we’ll welcome in the direct experience of reality, which is love itself. Moving beyond all forms, beyond any trauma patterns and ways we get stuck, we’ll turn toward the loving aliveness that’s here at the heart of any moment.
In our time together, we’ll inquire into our experience of love. What separates you from love? How available are you to this experience? How is your heart doing? How can this knowing of impersonal love inform your relationships and everyday life?
We lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into overflowing appreciation, vibrant joy, and deep connection with all of Life.
