The Coming Home Together online gathering offers a deep dive into the practicalities of awakened living. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self, unexplored trauma patterns, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality.

Please register here. Once you register, you will be directed to the zoom link—and you will receive it by email one hour prior to our meeting. A sliding scale is offered for those with financial challenges.

Our focus for this meeting is on feeling into the experience of attachment—and the freedom that’s possible. When we make our happiness dependent on people, money, success, possessions, circumstances, or even life itself, we suffer. And when we align with our natural state, free of all resistances, we’re fully available to life as it is, flowing with what appears, and infinitely at peace.

Attachments are sticky. Our freedom goes out the window as we spend our energy trying to keep what we want and reject what we don’t want, meanwhile resisting the truth of the moment. We’re trying to fulfill our desires, as we live in fear of what we could lose.

Being attached is a normal part of the human experience along with grieving the loss of people and things we love. And, if we want peace, we’re asked to continually say “yes” to reality as it is.

Together we’ll open to the topic of attachment. We’ll explore the nature of attachment, the ways you’re attached, and the immediate, here-and-now possibility of freedom.

How does attachment serve? With guided meditation, teachings, and conversation, we’ll practice creating safe space to investigate the tender places inside ourselves—and the living reality of our true nature beyond all attachments. Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand beyond the known into overflowing appreciation and deep connection with all of Life. I look forward to being with you!

Friends are saying:

“I am now experiencing longer moments of pure awareness and joy. No longer a slave to external circumstances and inner chatter. Loving life the way it is.” ~Susan R.

“I liked the sense of trust, profound acceptance, safety, unconditional love and support that Gail brought to us. The course made me realize the importance of being involved in a community of people dedicated to the most important thing to me, Healing and Awakening. I just cannot do it alone!” ~Aline B.

“Your work is a bridge between practical daily life and Supreme Reality.” ~Henrique N.

“You radiate such warmth, kindness, beauty and wisdom. I had been stuck for so long and by listening to your sage advice, am finally starting to see and feel the light. Your light helps us to shine our own.” ~Julie Desmarais

“At any moment, within the field of your own experience, there is an inner sanctuary of presence and stillness. You access this space by shifting your attention away from the jumble of thoughts, feelings, stories, fears, and external input such as others’ opinions. You simply turn inward—beyond all mind movement—and be.

In no time at all, you find the ground of being, the light of living vibration that’s here in every moment. It’s timeless, which means it’s eternally present, and all-embracing as the unity of all. Don’t be afraid of this vast love. Fall into its arms…”
~Gail

Gail Brenner, Ph.D. is your guide on this journey. She is a clinical psychologist and lover of truth with a fire that burns brightly. She brings to this work years of experience with individuals and groups and is known for creating the safety and trust needed for this deeper exploration.
