Sacred Space for Awakened Living
Coming Home Together Online Gathering:
Rest in Being; Not in Thinking
Wednesday, February 26, 9:00am – 10:30am Pacific
Noon Eastern, 5pm BST
on Zoom
Recording will be available and sent to all who register.
The Coming Home Together online gathering offers a deep dive into the practicalities of awakened living. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self, unexplored trauma patterns, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality.
Please register here. Once you register, you will be directed to the zoom link—and you will receive it by email one hour prior to our meeting. A sliding scale is offered for those with financial challenges.
Our focus for this meeting is on the relationship we have with our thinking minds. Do you look to your thoughts to determine your reality? Do you trust what your mind tells you about yourself and the world? Are you feeling stressed? Then your thoughts have more power than you might realize.
With few exceptions, the thoughts that appear in our minds express the human fear-based needs to know and control. We spin in our heads with judgments, self-criticisms, comparisons, and worries about the future, trying to figure it all out.
These thoughts divide the world into right and wrong, good and bad, safe and unsafe. And meanwhile we long to let it all be so we can just rest in Being…
In our time together, we gather in loving community to explore our relationship to thinking. What is our felt experience when we’re taken over by the mind?
And if we let go of the habit of thinking, what remains? Can we trust enough to rest in Being, not in thinking…
All are welcome to join us for guided meditation, teachings, and conversation as we explore beyond the mind to realize the possibility of peace…right here…in the silent overflowing fullness of the infinite now…

Friends are saying:
“What you’re pointing to is so difficult to talk about in words, but you describe it so brilliantly and give such practical, actionable steps to follow that I truly, deeply get it. I just cannot express to you how transformative your approach has been for me. I am inhabiting my life with so much more peace and openness, flow and freedom.” ~Sandra Joseph, Broadway star and author of Unmasking What Matters
“I liked the sense of trust, profound acceptance, safety, unconditional love and support that Gail brought to us. The course made me realize the importance of being involved in a community of people dedicated to the most important thing to me, Healing and Awakening. I just cannot do it alone!” ~Aline B.
“I felt bathed in presence on the retreat. Your clarity and presentation style was lovely. I found the guided meditations to be very helpful. I appreciate how relatable you are in the group, how you don’t set yourself apart.” ~Denis N.
“Thank you so much for your teachings and for all the compassion and love you transmit to me, and so many others. Your teachings are a gift of grace and love.” ~Pat Brown
“You radiate such warmth, kindness, beauty and wisdom. I had been stuck for so long and by listening to your sage advice, am finally starting to see and feel the light. Your light helps us to shine our own.” ~Julie Desmarais
“At any moment, within the field of your own experience, there is an inner sanctuary of presence and stillness. You access this space by shifting your attention away from the jumble of thoughts, feelings, stories, fears, and external input such as others’ opinions. You simply turn inward—beyond all mind movement—and be.
In no time at all, you find the ground of being, the light of living vibration that’s here in every moment. It’s timeless, which means it’s eternally present, and all-embracing as the unity of all. Don’t be afraid of this vast love. Fall into its arms…”
