The Coming Home Together online gathering offers a deep dive into the practicalities of awakened living. Your everyday human life will be the laboratory as we explore the myth of the separate self, unexplored trauma patterns, and everyday living of the deepest teachings of nondual reality.

Our focus for this meeting is on control and surrender. When we’re identified with the human mind that makes us feel afraid and lacking, we try to control ourselves, situations, and other people. We leave the unattached free flow of life that just is as we strive to keep ourselves safe and get our needs met. This movement to control is based on wanting what we don’t have and ultimately doesn’t bring us the peace we long for. We end up feeling contracted, anxious, and ill-at-ease.

The invitation is to surrender our need for control and our sense of separation and let life emerge through us. We live squarely in the not knowing, listening deeply, receiving what’s given without resistance. This is how we reconnect with our divine nature, the deepest truth of our being.

Listening to silence, we’re one with effortless unfolding of life in form.

In our supportive field of loving connection, we’ll explore the fear-based conditioned patterns that motivate us to try to control what’s happening around us. We’ll feel into the limits of this motivation and how it shows up in our bodies and minds. Then, meeting fear with welcoming and unconditional acceptance, we’ll discover the space to expand beyond the limited self into openness, pure being, and joyful flow as a living reality.

We realize the value of exploring these essential questions in the safe space of loving community. Our disconnection from our divine nature happened in the context of relationship so we need to practice together—and support each other—to find our way home. Come with your fears, doubts, shame, and questions—and simply to share sacred space together in community with like-minded friends.

Together, we lovingly embrace our humanness as we expand into overflowing appreciation, vibrant joy, and deep connection with all of Life.
