on Zoom

The Coming Home Together online gathering is a safe space and loving community for trauma healing and awakened living, informed by the deepest teachings of nondual reality.
Our focus for this meeting is on coming to completion with repetitive stories from our past.
Please register here. Once you register, you will be directed to the zoom link—and you will receive it by email one hour prior to our meeting. A sliding scale is offered for those with financial challenges.
Whether we feel stuck in regret for our own past actions or blame others for their actions, keeping these stories alive now impacts our minds, hearts, bodies, and sense of freedom.
Immersed in wanting the past to be different, the stories repeat in our minds now along with sadness, anger, guilt and shame. It’s a form of secret suffering that we carry into the moments of our lives. We feel separate, frustrated, and unable to live fully.
In our time together, we’ll address how to come to peace with these familiar narratives. No matter what happened in the past, the key is to take an active and empowered role in our own healing.
We’ll discover that we can form a new relationship with how the events from the past live in us. Leaving the harsh reality of blame, regret, and wishful thinking, we’ll open to clear seeing and compassion…for ourselves and other people.
Finally, we realize we can’t go it alone. We follow the path of our indigenous ancestors of being held by community for healing and restoration of our essential wholeness.
We support each other—in loving community—as we illuminate our inner experience to understand exactly where we’re stuck..and find our way back home to peace, freedom, and all-encompassing love.

Friends are saying:
“What you’re pointing to is so difficult to talk about in words, but you describe it so brilliantly and give such practical, actionable steps to follow that I truly, deeply get it. I just cannot express to you how transformative your approach has been for me. I am inhabiting my life with so much more peace and openness, flow and freedom.” ~Sandra Joseph, Broadway star and author of Unmasking What Matters
“I liked the sense of trust, profound acceptance, safety, unconditional love and support that Gail brought to us. The course made me realize the importance of being involved in a community of people dedicated to the most important thing to me, Healing and Awakening. I just cannot do it alone!” ~Aline B.
“I felt bathed in presence on the retreat. Your clarity and presentation style was lovely. I found the guided meditations to be very helpful. I appreciate how relatable you are in the group, how you don’t set yourself apart.” ~Denis N.
“Thank you so much for your teachings and for all the compassion and love you transmit to me, and so many others. Your teachings are a gift of grace and love.” ~Pat Brown
“You radiate such warmth, kindness, beauty and wisdom. I had been stuck for so long and by listening to your sage advice, am finally starting to see and feel the light. Your light helps us to shine our own.” ~Julie Desmarais
“At any moment, within the field of your own experience, there is an inner sanctuary of presence and stillness. You access this space by shifting your attention away from the jumble of thoughts, feelings, stories, fears, and external input such as others’ opinions. You simply turn inward—beyond all mind movement—and be.
In no time at all, you find the ground of being, the light of living vibration that’s here in every moment. It’s timeless, which means it’s eternally present, and all-embracing as the unity of all. Don’t be afraid of this vast love. Fall into its arms…”
