The essential question in nondual inquiry is: “Who am I?” At the root of personal suffering lies the belief that who we are is a person with a history, story, preferences, fears, and a sense of lack. As long as we identify as this core belief, we will view ourselves, others, and situations through the lens of these limited filters.

Suffering subsides when our identity disconnects from the contents of our minds. We lose interest in our habits of thinking. We stop going to our familiar stories to know who we are or how to act. And we can feel the emotions in our bodies so they begin to soften their grip.

This is a radical shift into freedom, infinite spaciousness, and trust—and into the pure aliveness that has always been here and available.

We come together in the sacred space of loving community to explore the nature of identity and the freedom that’s possible when you know who you are—and who you’re not. Our gathering includes guided exploration, insights and dialogue, and heartfelt conversation. Come with your fears, doubts, shame, and questions—and simply to be together with like-minded friends. All is welcome! I look forward to being with you…
