We’ll meet online, so you can live anywhere in the world. We’ll dive in together to understand the exact mechanics of how you get stuck—and when you understand this, immediately things start to change.
With a fresh perspective on your problems, you’ll learn helpful tools that you can use any time you’re stuck. And you begin to move forward in your life feeling more confident, calm, and connected than you’ve ever felt before.

You’ll fill out a short questionnaire to help us get clear on where you’re feeling stuck and where you want to start. We’ll both know how you’d like to begin our work together.
Conversations Tailored to Your Needs
In our 60-minute session, we’ll untangle the frustration, worry, or unhappiness you experience so you’ll know how you get stuck. As a result of our conversation, you’ll finally feel understood, accepted, and seen.
After each session, you’ll come away with life-changing skills you can bring to any moment when you’re struggling. Using these skills, your painful feelings start to lose their power over you. You’ll know how to stay relaxed with yourself so you can get a clear perspective—even when things are hard.
And I’ll be right in there with you guiding you.
You’ll receive two guided audio meditations I’ve recorded to help you learn two essential skills that you’ll practice in our sessions. They’re brief and practical and will help you get through any time overwhelming feelings take over.
We’ll Reconnect and Check In
With each session, we’ll follow up to see how you’re doing. We’ll celebrate what’s helping you, and fine tune as needed. You’ll feel supported, encouraged, and optimistic. Using the right skills and insights, feelings don’t have to overwhelm you. Now you know that you can experience peace deeper than you’ve ever felt before.
